CONCEPT MALL

Situated between the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church and the sprawl of Zoological Garden is one of the capital’s architectural highlights. The ensemble of buildings, originally built in the 1950s and now under historic preservation protection, includes the large high-rise building on Hardenbergplatz, the Zoo Palast cinema, the Bikinihaus building, and the smaller high-rise featuring a 25hours Hotel and a parking garage. The centerpiece is the concept shopping mall, which is located inside the 200-metre-long Bikinihaus with its spacious rooftop terrace.

TENANTS

Boutiques, concept & flagship stores and food vendors can be found on all three levels of the Concept Shopping Mall. In the retail areas in particular, unique shop concepts beyond the typical mainstream are waiting to be discovered. These individually customized spaces offer unconventional shopping experiences.
